Hi, An observation to make. Your website http://www.jobbyref.com has an extemely cumbersome process of registration. I received ajob invite. But the kind of data that you asked me to physically put was very difficult. I would have prefered only a CV attachment.

Thanks for your feedback. We are working to make the process easier. However, we have taken a conscious decision to not allow word attachments on this site as it makes the entire selection process very cumbersome and inefficient. This is because extraction of data from say, a word doc, is not very accurate and then all searches and matching become keyword based. Besides, CVs come is all formats and some people use this to obfuscate some details much to the disadvantage of the majority genuine candidates.
One aspect to remember is that you need to spend some time filling this up only once. Once you have a complete profile ready here, you can use this anywhere as your professional profile for all purposes. So I would still think that the 15 minutes you spend here would be well worth your while in the long run. Hope you agree.
