I don’t know if you have noticed it yet, but under your organization menu, there is a new item called ‘My Resume Database’. This is where we are building your own resume database for you. Every time somebody applies for one of your job openings, we add that person’s resume automatically into your candidate database. And we keep it updated. And available to you until such time the candidate decides to withdraw from your database.
As with your job posting inbox(es), this database of candidates is fully searchable and comes with all the regular features including folders, notes, communication and forwarding facilities. So as you continue to use JobsByRef.com, the database grows and your account with JobsByRef.com becomes more and more valuable.
And this is just the beginning. We will be ringing in more changes regularly. Watch this space.
