Welcome aboard, Chinmay
Allow me to introduce to you our first full-time employee, the quirky and talented Mr. Chinmay Kanchi! Here’s what he has to say:
“I’m the first “non-boss” employee of JobsByRef, hired just so the bosses could have someone to boss around. I bring about 10 years of varied programming experience to the table (and I’m the least experienced person here, which tells you how awesome this company is!). I’m going to be writing a lot of the code, so when you see an error message, it’s probably my fault (the boss told me to say that). After being blamed for every little thing for a few months, I’ll probably be ready to use the website to find myself a new job! See you then!”
